Who is welcome?
The only obvious requirement is that you're a parents or are thinking of becoming
a parent. We welcome every age, ethnicity, religion, and level of insanity. We only request that you keep things civil
and follow the basic guidelines.
How do I join?
Just post an introduction on the board and jump in as deep as you'd like. After your introduction, it's completely up to you how involved you are!
The few simple guidelines.
1. We suggest that you don't give out personal information, such as your phone
number or home address, on the board. This is for your own safety.
2. The group has a wide variety of
personalities, ideals and parenting techniques. Please be respectful of those that differ from yours, as others should
be respectful toward you.
3. If you have an issue that is
bothering you, don't just leave the group in a huff. Talk to the person and try to work things out. Sometimes
things turn out to be a complete misunderstanding!
4. Don't join in hopes that you can find a mate. We're not
a dating service.
5. Use common sense and, obviously, adhere to the rules that ParentsPlace.com has attached to the
message board.
